Question: Can I book an eye exam?
Currently we are not allowed to perform regular eye examinations during this time. As soon as we have a date when we are allowed to resume regular eye testing safely, we shall be inviting bookings for eye examinations.
If you think you need an emergency eye test then do give us a call on the helpline. If our helpline is not open then seek advice from 111.
Question: When are your phone lines open?
Answer: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00- 13:00
Question: I am on your contact lens direct debit scheme; will I still receive my contact lenses and contact lens solutions?
Answer: Yes, we have scheduled all our contact lens shipments to be delivered to your home address. If you get your contact solutions from us and need some more please give us a call on 01623 628844.
Question: What if I have a problem with my eye?

Question: My glasses are broken can you still help?
Answer: There is a strong chance we may be able to. Simply give us a call on 01623 628844 and talk us through your problem and we can see if we can help.
Question: I have never been to Pinders before can you still help me?

Question: Can I still order contact lenses from Pinders?
Answer: Yes, as long as we have an up to date contact lens specification then we should be able to get your contact lenses delivered to your door.
Question: Can I order some replacement glasses from Pinders?

Question: Are you still doing diabetic screening?
Answer: The diabetic screening team have temporarily suspended the diabetic screening program across all of North Nottinghamshire for the time being.
